NATO patvirtinti apginamumo planavimo ir kolektyvinės gynybos principai stiprina Lietuvos saugumą
NATO penktadienio vakarą patvirtinus naująją Aljanso strateginę koncepciją, Lietuvos prezidentė Dalia Grybauskaitė pabrėžė joje įtvirtintus apginamumo planavimo ir kolektyvinės gynybos principus, kuriais pagrįsti nauji gynybos planai Baltijos šalims.
“Lietuvos žmonėms dabar garantuotas didesnis saugumas”, – pareiškė prezidentė.
Naujame NATO dokumente, kuris nubrėš gaires Aljanso veiklai artimiausią dešimtmetį, teigiama, kad NATO, be kita ko, vykdys reikalingus mokymus, pratybas, apginamumo planavimą ir keitimąsi informaciją, siekiant užtikrinti gynybą prieš įprastinius ir naujus saugumo iššūkius, taip pat suteiks matomas garantijas visiems sąjungininkams.
Pareigūnai teigia, kad šis dokumentas paskelbtas nepraėjus nė mėnesiui po to, kai NATO pirmą kartą patvirtino specialius gynybos planus Baltijos šalims. Nors koncepcija jų tiesiogiai nemini, o pareigūnai viešai komentuoti atsisako, aiškinama, jog minėtos nuostatos yra svarbus pagrindas tolesniems žingsniams, įskaitant gausesnes pratybas.
D.Grybauskaitė pareiškė, kad NATO priimti sprendimai “garantuos Lietuvos saugumą daugeliui metų į priekį”.
“Visi valstybių vadovai vieningai patvirtino naująją NATO strateginę koncepciją, kurioje įtvirtinti ilgalaikiai apginamumo planavimo, kolektyvinės gynybos principai”, – pranešime spaudai teigė prezidentė.
“Džiaugiuosi, kad aktyvios Lietuvos pastangos davė rezultatų ir septintaisiais narystės metais turime šiais principais pagrįstus konkrečius Lietuvos ir kitų Baltijos šalių apginamumo planus. Lietuvos žmonėms dabar garantuotas didesnis saugumas” – pridūrė D.Grybauskaitė.
Oficialūs pareigūnai viešai komentuoti planus atsisako, bet Lietuvoje jie pristatomi ir kaip prezidentės D.Grybauskaitės nuopelnas, nes ji aktyviai kėlė šį klausimą.
Apžvalgininkai taip pat atkreipia dėmesį, kad planų rengimas pajudėjo į valdžią atėjus JAV prezidento Baracko Obamos (Barako Obamos) administracijai, kuriai pavyko nugalėti Rusijos erzinti nenorinčių Europos valstybių, tokių kaip Vokietija, pasipriešinimą.
Prezidentė D.Grybauskaitė penktadienį taip pat akcentavo, jog svarbu, kad naujoje aljanso koncepcijoje išlaikytas “atvirų durų” principas, kuris neužkerta kelio tolimesnei NATO plėtrai, priimant tokias šalis, kaip Gruzija ir Ukraina, jei šios šalys pačios pageidaus ir įrodys, jog yra deramai pasirengusios.
